What are "Reception Number", "Authentication Key 1" and "Authentication Key 2" in the CASH POST refund procedure?

"Reception Number", "Authentication Key 1" and "Authentication Key 2" are passwords required for the CASH POST refund procedure.
When refund will be made via CASH POST, the Reception Number and Authentication Key info will be stated in the email sent from adidas with the subject “【adidas Online Shop】Refund Information”.
※You will receive an email in Japanese titled "「【adidas Online Shop】商品代金ご返金の案内」".
Authentication Key 1 will not be included in the email as it will be the phone number (no hyphen required) you used when ordering.
 
※ Before applying for CASH POST, please write down your Reception Number and Authentication Keys (1 and 2) to make the process easier.
