I returned my order after I paid with NP deferred payment service. How can I get a refund after I have paid?

In the case of an order placed with NP deferred payment service and returned after payment has been made, the refund will be made through eContext's "CASH POST" service after we have completed our return procedure.
 
When your refund is ready, we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address registered in this online store regarding the refund procedure. Please check the information in the e-mail and complete the CASH POST refund procedure by yourself.
