Is it possible to exchange products in case of "wrong product", "wrong image", or "wrong size"?

We are unable to accept exchanges for reasons other than product defects or incorrect delivery, as we do not have a system in place for changing sizes or changing to a different product.
 
After returning the product, please purchase the product you want again.
※Some products are not eligible for return.
 
If the delivered product is defective, or if you receive a product different from the one you ordered, feel free to contact us.
