To proceed with the procedure smoothly, make sure you have your “Reception Number”, “Authentication Key 1” and “Authentication Key 2” on hand which is provided in the refund information email sent from adidas.

   

■Step 1

Enter your "Reception Number" in the dedicated field on the “Reception Number Input” Screen.

Then, enter the number displayed in the image authentication key entry field.

Click the “Next” button.

 

■Step 2

In the next screen (Receiving Method Selection), check the details and select receiving at Lawson store” 「ローソン店舗での受取」 as the receiving method.

 

■Step 3

The "LAWSON Cash Refund Service Screen" will appear. Please make a note of the "Authentication Key 1" and "Authentication Key 2" that are listed in the refund information e-mail that we have sent to you. To receive your refund, visit your nearest LAWSON store and complete the in-store procedures by the deadline indicated on the screen.

 

※Notes on Receiving Refunds at Lawson Stores

・The LAWSON Loppi (in-store machine) is available from 7:00 to 21:30.

・Refunds beyond 29,999 yen are not available at Lawson

・Please make a note of the "Authentication Key 1" and "Authentication Key 2" that are listed in the refund information e-mail that we have sent to you.

・Refunds cannot be cancelled after you received refunds at the cashier.

・The Loppi at Ministop stores don’t have the CASHPOST system. Please use the Loppi at Lawson stores.
