I presented my adiCLUB digital membership card and purchased a product, but my adiCLUB points are not reflected in my My Account

It may take up to one week for adiCLUB points to be awarded for products purchased by logging in to adiCLUB on our online store or by presenting your adiCLUB membership card at our directly-managed stores.
 
If your points are not reflected after the above period, please contact us using the e-mail inquiry form linked below.
