When using Click & Collect (in-store pickup service) for orders placed through the online store, payment can be made at the store where the order will be picked up by selecting "In-store payment upon pickup"「受取時店頭払い」 as the payment method.

 

After adding all the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, click on the "Delivery Method"「配送方法」you will see "Pick up at an adidas directly-managed store," 「adidas直営店で受け取る」and specify the store where you would like to pick up your order.

※When purchasing without logging in, it will be considered as a guest purchase. Therefore, if you are an adiCLUB member, please log in to your "My Account"「マイアカウント」 from the login page and complete the purchase procedure.

 

Next, proceed to select a payment method, and choose "Pay in-store upon pickup" 「受取時店頭支払い」as the payment method. After selecting a payment method, please double check your order details and complete the order confirmation process.

 

Once the store is ready for you to pick up your order, an "Order Receipt Completion Notification" e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

 

We will check your order number as shown in your order confirmation email or your identification (driver's license, insurance card, passport, etc.)

Please print out the order confirmation e-mail with the order number or show us the text of the e-mail on your phone. Also let us check your adiCLUB member’s card when you pickup your order.
