I have registered for adiCLUB but have not received my welcome gift.

If you have not received a welcome gift (welcome coupon) after registering for adiCLUB, please check the following items first.
 
【1】Check if the coupon has been delivered in the coupon list 「クーポン一覧」on the online store's website.
 
【2】Due to system reasons, it may take up to one week for the Welcome Gift to be delivered.
 
If you have not received your welcome gift within one week after registering, please contact us.
