I ordered a convenience store pickup, but I cannot receive it because I don’t know the authorization number.

The authorization number required for the convenience store pickup service can be found in the " Takkyubin Delivery Completion Notification" 「宅急便納品完了のお知らせ」e-mail sent by Yamato Transport Co. or from your order history in My Account.
 
If you did not receive the " Takkyubin Delivery Completion Notice" email from Yamato Transport and don't know your authorization number, you can check your order history in My Account after logging in to this online store.
※The verification number will be displayed in the following location on the Order History/Cancellation page approximately 24 hours after the product is shipped.
 
The timing of the display of the authentication number depends on the shipment status. If it is not displayed, please check your My Account Order History again after some time.
