You can return the product(s) you have purchased from our online store within 30 days of receipt.

If the product(s) do not fall under the non-returnable items, you can return product(s) at customers' personal preferences.

 

・The product has been used for other than trial wear.

・The tag has been removed from the product.

     (If the tag has been cut off, you can put it in the package and send it back to us.)

・The product is not in the bag or box.

・No instruction manual or packaging materials were sent.

・The sticker attached to the product has been removed.

・Sending the product without invoice.

・The condition of the product (including the box and accessories) when it is returned to us is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery.
