I have a problem with a product(s) that I have just purchased. Can I return or exchange it?

If you find any problems with the product(s) you purchased, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product(s) to inform us of the following items

5. The size of the product that you have purchased:

7. Frequency of use(If you have used the product):

9. Tell us the problem you have with the product:
10. When did you notice the problem?:
(e.g., how many times did you use the product before you noticed the problem)

After we receive the above information, we may ask you to send the product(s) to us by freight collect. In such cases, we will not be able to send you a replacement product(s) in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding.
 
【When we confirm the product(s) is/are defective.】
If a product(s) is found to be defective by us, priority will be given to exchange of the product(s). Due to the fluid inventory, we may not be able to provide a replacement product depending on the situation. In such cases, we will refund the purchase price.
 
In the case that you send the product(s) to us and we cannot confirm that the product(s) is defective, we will return the product(s) to you with a letter. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
