If you wish to cancel your return request after you have completed the return request process, you may cancel your return request from the Order Search webpage.

 

※Once a return request has been processed and the product(s) has already been shipped, we will not be able to accept the return or cancel the request. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

 

≪Smartphone≫

【1】Select the "Order Search" page from the top left menu on the home page.

【2】Enter the order number and e-mail address of the order you wish to cancel the return request and select "Inquire Order".「注文を照会する」

【3】When your order history appears, select "Cancel Return Request" 「返品リクエストをキャンセル」and then select "Yes"「はい」 on the confirmation screen.

【4】If the "Return Request" 「返品リクエスト」button reappears on your order history, your return request has been successfully canceled.

※You may reapply for the return request if it is still within the time limit indicated.

 

≪PC≫

【1】Select the "Order Search" page from the top right menu on the home page.

【2】Enter the order number and e-mail address of the order you wish to cancel the return request and select "Inquire Order".「注文を照会する」
