When the return product(s) arrives at our warehouse, we will not notify you that it has arrived. Once the return product(s) arrives and the department in charge has confirmed the product(s), we will send either a "Notification of receipt of return"「ご返品受領のお知らせ」 or "We are contacting you regarding your return"「返品の件で、ご連絡申し上げます」 e-mail.

 

Therefore, it usually takes 1-2 weeks for us to contact you by e-mail after receiving your return.

※During peak season, it may take about one month.

 

Check the delivery status of your return product(s) and if the delivery has been completed without any problems, you can rest assured that it has arrived at our warehouse.
