When I check the delivery status of Yu-Pack, the message "Tracking Number not found" appears.

Even if the order has been shipped, the message "Tracking Number not found" may appear. The shipment has been completed from our warehouse and the correct Tracking Number has been given, but the delivery data registration on the Yu-Pack side may not have been completed.

「**お問い合わせ番号が見つかりません。お問い合わせ番号をご確認の上、お近くの取扱店にお問い合わせください。」
 
Usually, the delivery status is reflected on the same day of the shipment. However, if we receive a large number of orders, such as right after a sale, it may take up to 3 days for the delivery status to be reflected. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
 
When you call the post office while the Tracking Number is displayed as "Tracking Number not found," the post office may not be able to check the delivery status and may inform you that the package has not been accepted for delivery.
 
If the delivery data is not registered, the post office cannot check the delivery status for you. Kindly wait until the delivery status is reflected.
