Yes, but only if you cancel your participation before the start of the lottery. 
You can confirm the start time of the lottery on the event and lottery page. 
If you cancel before the cancellation deadline, your points will be refunded. 
However, if you cancel after the lottery has started or if you are not selected in the lottery, 
the points will not be refunded.
