This manual will guide you through the refund procedure using CASH POST. ※This section explains the procedure for receiving a refund through bank transfer.

To proceed with the procedure smoothly, make sure you have your “Reception Number”, “Authentication Key 1” and “Authentication Key 2” on hand which is provided in the refund information email sent from adidas.

■Step 1
Enter your "Reception Number" in the dedicated field on the “Reception Number Input” Screen.
Then, enter the number displayed in the image authentication key entry field.
Click the “Next” button.
 
■Step 2
In the next screen (Receiving Method Selection), check the details and select “Bank Transfer” as the receiving method.
 
■Step 3
After confirming the details on the “Terms of Service Agreement” screen, place a check mark on “I agree on the CASH POST Recipient Terms of Service” and “Handling of Personal Information”.
Also, please enter your Authentication Key 1 and 2.
 
Authentication Key 1: Your phone number when you placed your order.
※Enter your number without hyphens.
 
Authentication Key 2: The 10-digit number shown under Authentication Key 1.
Click the "Select the financial institution" button.
 
※If you do not agree to the "CASH POST Recipient Terms of Service" and "Handling of Personal Information", we are unable to refund you through CASH POST.
 
 
■Step 4
On the “Financial Institution Information Input” screen, enter the information of the financial institution to be used for receiving refund and click the “Confirm” button.
 
  • If you select Japan Post Bank as the receiving account, you will need the branch name and the 7-digit account number. Please confirm the branch name and account number from the Japan Post Bank website in advance.
 
■Step 5
Check the information you have entered on the " Confirmation of Refund Details" screen, and if all the information is correct, click the "Complete the Refund Procedure" button.
 
  • After the procedure has been completed, the payment timing will be as follows
 
・Japan Net Bank: The refund will be sent to the specified account within 24 hours after the procedure has been completed.
 
・Other than Japan Net Bank: The refund will be sent to the specified account within the same day or by the next business day.
