Check below for the standard procedure flow and the number of days required for the procedure until you receive a refund after returning the product.

 

(1) Send the return product(s) to us.

(2) After we receive the returned product(s), we will check the condition of the returned product(s) at our warehouse.

(3) We will send you an e-mail “Notification of Receipt of Return" 「ご返品受領のお知らせ」

※After confirming the returned product(s), notification will be sent by e-mail within 7 to 10 days.

(4) "Refund Procedure has been started"「ご返金手続きを開始しました」 when the refund procedure has been initiated.

 

※After sending the e-mail “Notification of Receipt of Return" 「ご返品受領のお知らせ」, notification will be sent by e-mail in about 7 days. The number of days required may vary depending on the number of procedure requests. Also, during busy periods, it may take up to one month to receive your refund.
