We may not be able to respond to your inquiry if any of the following conditions apply to the product.
 ・The tag has been removed from the product.
 (If the tag has been cut off, you can put it in the package and send it back to us.)
 ・The product is not in the original bag or box.
 ・No instruction manual or packaging materials were sent.
 ・The sticker attached to the product has been removed.
 ・It’s been 8 days since the delivery.
 ・Sending the product without invoice.
 ・The condition of the product (including the box and accessories) when it is returned to us is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery.
