It may take some time to ship your order due to an increase in the number of orders following a sale or other event. After the product has been shipped, a "Notification of Shipment Completion" 「発送完了のお知らせ」e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
There may be delays in the shipment of products for the following reasons
・We may not be able to ship due to year-end and New Year vacations, summer vacations, temporary closures, etc.
・When the ordered products are defective or damaged.
・Disasters, traffic conditions, or other reasons that prevent us from performing shipping operations.
