How can I check the delivery status of my in-store pickup service order [Click & Collect]?

For Click & Collect (in-store pickup service) orders, for system reasons, we are unable to check the Tracking Number of the delivery company.
You will receive an e-mail notifying you of the arrival of your order when it arrives at the designated directly-managed store. Kindly wait for the arrival email from us.
You can check the delivery status in "Order Search" 「注文検索」or "Order History" 「注文履歴」in "My Account". In case you do not receive an email from the store after one week from the time the status changed to "shipped,"「出荷済」 please contact the store where you plan to pick up your order.
