It may take several hours to a day for the tracking number to be reflected by the delivery company.

 

※When the volume of shipments in our online store increases or immediately after the "Shipment Completion Notification" e-mail is sent, the delivery status of your order may be displayed as "Tracking Number Not Registered. Normally, the status will be reflected by 10:00 p.m. on the day the "Shipment Completion Notification" is sent, but it may be reflected the next day or later, depending on the delivery company's pickup status.

 

When Tracking Number is not reflected, the delivery company will not be able to confirm the status of the delivery. Please contact the delivery company after the tracking number is reflected.
