I have typed in the wrong email address when placing my order, will I still receive my package?

Even if you have not entered your correct e-mail address, your order will be processed and shipped, but you will not be able to confirm your order or Shipment Completion Notification from us.
※The Shipment Completion Notification contains a link to the delivery company in charge and its Tracking Number so that you can check the delivery status.
 
If you know the incorrect e-mail address, please log in to “My Account” and check the details of your order, such as delivery status, on the Order History screen.
※After confirming your order, please change your e-mail address to the correct one by " Change Membership Information" in "My Account".
 
If you do not know the e-mail address you used to place your order, please contact us.
