What should I do if I cannot receive my in-store pickup order by the due date?【Click&Collect】

Orders for in-store pickup service (Click & Collect) must be picked up at the designated store "within 7 days from the date of receipt of the pickup notice e-mail". Please contact your designated store directly to change the pickup period, as our customer service cannot do so.
 
※You can check the store where you received your order from "My Account"「マイアカウント」 in your purchase history.
※For the address and phone number of our directly-managed stores, please refer to the following link.
※Note that your order will be cancelled if you do not contact the store.
