When can I receive my order if I order in-store pickup? When is the deadline for receiving the product? 【Click&Collect】

 When products placed through the in-store pickup service (Click & Collect) are in stock at your designated store, you will be notified by e-mail when they are ready for pickup. In the case that the product is not in stock, it will be delivered from our warehouse and it may take up to one week for delivery to the store where you plan to pick it up.
 
 
When your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an e-mail from the e-mail address "shop@adidas.jp" regarding the pickup.
In order to receive the e-mail from this address, please set your device to receive e-mails from this address. 
 
※The delivery schedule for the order may take longer than expected due to the large volume of shipments.
 
As for the pickup deadline, please pick up your order at the designated store within 7 days, including the day you receive the pickup notice e-mail.
 
※If we do not hear from you within 7 days, your order will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
