Once your order has been successfully processed, an "Order Completion Notification" e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address registered with adiCLUB (or the address you have entered when placing your order in the case of a guest purchase).
When you are not sure if your purchase has been completed successfully, please check your e-mail folder first. If you receive an "Order Completion Notification" 「注文完了のお知らせ」e-mail, your order has been successfully completed.
※If you are member of *adiCLUB, you can also check your order history in My Account 「マイアカウント」 after logging in. Please check your order history along with the e-mail.
You can also check your order details on our website by entering the order number from the e-mail and your e-mail address at the time of order into the
"Order Search"「注文検索」 page. Follow the steps below to check your order.

【1】Select the upper left corner of the top page and open the menu.
【3】On the next screen, enter your order number and e-mail address and press " Review Order"「注文を照会する」.
