I have not received my birthday coupon.

Birthday coupons are offered as an adiCLUB member benefit to customers who have turned on their newsletter delivery preferences.
※To receive the birthday coupon, you must have registered with adiCLUB prior to your birthday and have your newsletter subscription turned on.
If you have not yet registered with adiCLUB, please register here.
To set up newsletter subscription, please follow the instructions below from the adidas app for smartphones.
※How to set up newsletter subscription
Select the "Account" 「アカウント」icon in the upper right corner of the application.
Next, select "Settings/Help" 「設定・ヘルプ」on the Account screen.
Scroll down the screen and select "Notification Settings"「通知設定」.
Select the rectangular symbol to the right of "E-mail address. 「メールアドレス」
A "✓" (check mark) will appear in the rectangular mark and subsequent newsletters will be activated.
That completes your registration for News letter.
With regards to coupon codes that meet the above conditions, please check the email sent on the day of your birthday, or go to "Coupon List"「クーポン一覧」 in "My Account"「マイアカウント」.
In the event that the above conditions are met and the newsletter distribution setting is turned on, but the coupon has not been given, please contact us for further assistance.
