In the following cases, we may cancel your order without prior notice to you.

 

・When payment for an order fails to process.

 

Payment by credit card, NP deferred payment, Amazon Pay, or Rakuten Pay (formerly Rakuten ID payment) will be processed after the order is placed. If the payment fails due to the credit card or information used, the order will be cancelled.

 

・If we deem the information you entered (registered) at the time of order to be considered inappropriate (as defined in Article 9 of the Online Shop Membership Terms and Conditions)

 

Article 9. Suspension of Service and Cancellation of Membership

 

If we deem a member to be inappropriate due to reasons such as violation of the Terms of Use, we may suspend the service or cancel the member's registration without prior notice to the member.
