Can I add, change, or cancel the delivery date/time preference after ordering?

Once an order is confirmed, it will be processed for shipment. Therefore, it is not possible to add room number, change the shipping address and the date and time of delivery.
 
Kindly contact the shipping company in charge of your order based on the "Shipping Company" and "Tracking Number" shown in the "Shipment Completion Notification" sent to you after the order has been shipped.
 
※Depending on the payment method specified at the time of order and the details of the change, it may not be available to make the change. We ask for your understanding in advance.
