If you specify NP deferred payment when placing your order, there will be a credit check after the order process is completed and before the payment is confirmed.
To check the status of your credit check, please check your order history. If your order is under credit approval, the status will be displayed as "Processing Payment" 「決済処理中」and will change to "New Order" 「新規受注」when the payment is approved.
If any of the following apply, there is a possibility that the credit check will not be approved.
・The maximum limit is 55,000 yen (including tax) for the total amount outstanding.
・In the event that a transaction has not been paid within 14 days from the date of issue, your family members at the same address or other family members' usage status may affect the screening process.
・Even if payment has been made, it may take 2-3 business days to confirm your payment.
Any orders that do not pass the screening process will be cancelled by us.
If you wish to purchase products that have been canceled due to credit failure, please place a new order using a different payment method.
※Inventory for canceled orders is not secured and may be out of stock at the time of re-ordering. Also, product amounts are fluid and may change upon re-purchase. We appreciate your understanding.
Unfortunately, we do not have information on the specific reason for cancellation of orders that were cancelled due to failure to pass the credit check.
You will receive an email with the details of the cancellation in the subject line "[adidas] Order Cancellation Notification"「【adidas】注文キャンセルのお知らせ」. In some cases, you may receive an email stating "[adidas] Order pending" 「【adidas】注文保留」due to some reason of credit check. In such cases, please contact Net Protections, Inc.
