It has been less than 30 minutes since my order was placed, but the cancel button is not showing up.

 Orders can be cancelled on the "Order History" 「注文履歴」page in the "My Account" 「マイアカウント」menu, with the exception of certain products.
 
You can cancel your order if the relevant order is in "New Order" 「新規受注」or "Awaiting Payment" 「入金待ち」status within 30 minutes of order completion and the Cancel button is displayed.
 
 
However, we may restrict the cancellation procedure if we deem it inappropriate in accordance with Article 9 of the Terms of Use of this online store.
 
If your order is restricted, you will not be able to cancel your order from the Order History「注文履歴」 page in My Account「マイアカウント」. Even if you contact us, we will not be able to accept the cancellation procedure.
