For products sold on the adidas App, products that can be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused condition are marked "returnable" on the product page.

This section explains how to check if the product can be returned or not on the adidas App.

 

【1】Touch and hold the center area (where there are no options, links, etc.) of the product page where you want to check the return possibility and slide the page.

 

【2】 Press the red boxed description field under the 【Buy Now】【今すぐ購入】 button several times.

 

【3】If the product is returnable, it is marked as "returnable"「返品可能」.

 

【4】Products that cannot be returned are marked "Non-returnable"「返品不可」.
