Made a purchase under "store hold" however, haven't heard anything after receiving an email confirming the order stock 【Click&Collect】

After a customer places an order through the Online Shop, the staff at each store will check and prepare the products for the customer's order.

 

Therefore, it may take a few days to inform you of the final pickup status, depending on the status of your order and store busyness. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

 

If you do not receive any information regarding your order receipt by e-mail after 5 days from the date of your order, please contact the store where you received your order directly as indicated in the order completion e-mail.
