Can I order additional products to what I have already ordered?

Unfortunately, this online store does not accept changes to orders after it has been placed, nor can it accept additional orders to orders that have already been processed. We appreciate your understanding.

 

If the order status is "New Order" 「新規受注」or "Waiting for Payment" 「入金待ち」and the Cancel button is displayed on the "Order History/Cancel" 「注文履歴・キャンセル」page in the "My Account"「マイアカウント」 menu within 30 minutes of order completion, you can cancel your order. After canceling your order, simply place your order again with the details you wish to order.

 

We cannot accept cancellation of orders placed more than 30 minutes after order completion, orders in "Preparing for Shipment"「出荷準備中」 or "Paid"「入金済み」 status, and pre-order products. For customized products, even after the next day of the order, the status remains "New Order"「新規受注」, but if the "Cancel" button in the "Order History/Cancel" 「注文履歴・キャンセル」page is not displayed, the order has already been in production and cannot be canceled. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
