If the status of your order is "Preparing to ship"「出荷準備中」 or "Payment received," 「入金済み」 30 minutes has passed the cancellation time limit that we have set, therefore, the order cannot be cancelled at all in our system. Accordingly, we are unable to accept the cancellation.

※Only lottery products (including Yeezy related products) can be cancelled within 15 minutes of notification of winning. No cancellations will be accepted for orders that exceed 15 minutes.
