I placed an order for convenience store pickup, but there is no authorization number listed on the My Account order history page.

The authorization number for the convenience store pickup service will be displayed on the Order History「注文履歴」 page of My Account 「マイアカウント」approximately 24 hours after the product is shipped.
 
 
The timing of the display of the authorization number depends on the shipment status. If you don’t see it, please check your My Account Order History again after some time.
