Cancellations are accepted at the Customer Service Center when the "Cancel" button is displayed on the "Order History/Cancel" 「注文履歴・キャンセル」screen in the "My Account" 「マイアカウント」menu of the online store.
However, this is only possible within 30 minutes after the order has been completed and when the order is in the "New Order" 「新規受注」or "Waiting for Payment" 「入金待ち」status.
