As soon as the product(s) is(are) returned to our warehouse and available for the reshipment, we will send you an email with the subject line "Your order could not be delivered"「ご注文いただいた商品が配送できませんでした」.
You will be able to request a re-shipment after you have received the above e-mail.
※We cannot process your re-shipment even if you request it before you receive the e-mail, so kindly wait until you receive the e-mail. Also, for Cash on delivery「代金引換」orders, the order will be cancelled as soon as it returns to our warehouse.
The order will be canceled if no contact is made within the storage period mentioned in the e-mail.
