"Account is locked"「こちらのアカウントはロックされています」 is displayed during the login procedure and I cannot log in.

For safety reasons, we may temporarily lock your account if you enter your ID or password incorrectly or if you perform multiple login operations in a short period of time when ID and password information fails to enter or transmit properly due to excessive access.
 
While your account is locked, an error message will be displayed and you will not be able to log in with the locked member information. It will automatically be unlocked after an hour or so. You may login again with the correct ID and password after waiting for some time.
