I tried to enter the CASH POST "Receipt Number", "Authentication Key 1" and "Authentication Key 2", but it failed and the procedure did not proceed.

Receipt Number and Authentication Keys 1 and 2 are the passwords required for the CASH POST refund procedure. The passwords are listed in the email entitled "[adidas Online Shop] Product(s) Refund Information" 「【adidas Online Shop】商品代金ご返金の案内」 that will be sent to you after we have completed the refund process.
※Enter each password correctly. Otherwise, the refund procedure will not be completed.
 
【1】Receipt number
This is the number shown above the refund amount in the e-mail, which is a combination of 4 lowercase alphabetic characters - (half-width alphabet) - (half-width hyphen) and 8 half-width numbers.
※Please be careful not to type in the wrong alphabet, which can easily be confused with other letters such as l(L) I(I) j(J) o(O) q(Q) g(G).
 
【2】Authentication key 1
It is your phone number at the time of order.
※Please enter all characters without hyphens.
 
【3】Authentication key 2
This is a 10-digit half-width number that is listed below Authentication Key 1.
