Can I send my return product by LetterPack or non-standard-sized mail?

Letterpack and non-standard-sized mail are not guaranteed by the shipping company and does not cover any shipping accidents. We are not recommending these methods of delivery for returns.
 
When returning your return, send it by a traceable courier service (YAMATO TRANSPORT, JAPAN POST OFFICE, etc.).
 
In addition, you can also return the product to your nearest adidas directly-managed stores (excluding factory outlet stores and some stores that are not eligible for this service) to complete the return procedure. In that case, there will be no prepaid shipping charges for return shipment, we hope you will take advantage of this service. However, adidas golf products may not be returned at adidas directly-managed stores.
