How long does it take to receive a refund after returning product(s)?

After completing the return request process, we kindly ask you to send the product(s) to the designated address. After the product arrives at our warehouse, we will check the product to make sure that it does not fall under any of the non-returnable conditions and meets the quality requirements for resale. We will e-mail you the results of the verification process once it has been completed, which usually takes between 7 days to 10 days.
 
When we are able to accept your return, we will send you a "Notification of Receipt of Return" 「ご返品受領のお知らせ」e-mail.
After that, we will send you another email with the subject line "Refund Procedure has been started"「ご返金手続きを開始しました」 when the refund procedure has been initiated.
 
We will send you a "Notification of Receipt of Return" and "Refund Procedure has been started" email within two weeks of receipt of your return. During busy periods, it may take about a month to send the email.
 
When we are unable to accept your return, we will send you an e-mail with the message "We are contacting you regarding your return", and the product will be sent back to you within about a week after that. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
 
Once we accept your return, the refund method and the number of days required to receive your refund will be different depending on the online store where you purchased the product and the payment method used to place your order.
