The shipping fee was free when I purchased the product, but when I returned it, the shipping fee was deducted.

As stated in the Shopping Guide, any returns for the customer's convenience should be sent back with the shipping fee prepaid.
 
Even if shipping is free at the time of purchase, if you send us the returned product(s) by freight collect, we will deduct the actual shipping cost paid by us from your refund amount.
 
※If you are allowed to send your return by freight collect for a campaign, etc., the freight collect charge will not be deducted from your order.
