If there is more than one product to be returned for the customer's convenience, it is possible to return them all together in the same package for return shipment. If you want to do so, be sure to read the following instructions before sending the products back to us.

 

In the case of multiple returned product(s) with different order numbers, ensure that you complete the return request process for each order.

 

You will need to fill in the Return Request Number issued for each order in the specific INVOICE and enclose it with the product(s) to be returned.

※If we are unable to confirm which product(s) you are requesting to return and which order you are returning, we will not be able to accept your return. In such cases, we may have to return the product back to you. We kindly ask your understanding in advance.

 

If the product(s) is damaged during transportation due to the packaging or other factors at the time of return, we may not be able to accept the return and the product(s) may be sent back to you.
