This section explains the reasons why the refund amount after a return is less than the purchase price.

In the event of a Customer Convenience Return, the various fees paid at the time of purchase of the product(s) will not be refunded.

As stated in the Shopping Guide, returns at the customer's convenience, regardless of the condition of the package or membership registration, all shipping and handling charges and gift wrapping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the campaign or coupon you used is no longer valid due to a customer convenience return, we will adjust the corresponding amount.

If you send the product by freight collect, a flat rate of 680 yen will be deducted from the refund amount.

※For customer's convenience, please send back the product by cash on delivery ( shipping cost is the customer's responsibility ).

If the return is allowed to be sent by freight collect for campaigns, etc., it will not be reduced.

When you return a product(s) after paying NP deferred payment and/or by cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be made via CASH POST. There will be a specified CASH POST refund fee. If the refund amount is less than 30,000 yen including tax, 330 yen including tax will be deducted from the refund amount; if the refund amount is 30,000 yen or more, 440 yen including tax will be deducted from the refund amount.
