The order contains information on the delivery information of the product. The delivery company will receive the delivery information at the time the order was placed. We cannot change or cancel the delivery date and time, or change the delivery address, even before the order is shipped out from our warehouse.

 

If you are able to cancel your order before the product is shipped, please cancel the order and place another order with your desired delivery date and time.

 

When your order has already been shipped, kindly contact the delivery company in charge by yourself based on the tracking number in the "Shipment Completion Notification"「発送完了のお知らせ」e-mail sent at the time of the shipment.
