An "error number" appears on the screen during the member registration or order process and I cannot complete the procedure.

The information you have entered during registration or ordering may fall under Article 9 of this Online Shop Membership Agreement.
Article 9
Suspension of the Service and Cancellation of Membership Registration
The Company can terminate the Service without prior notice to the Member or cancel the Member's registration.
We cannot accept orders/registrations with the information you have entered when the error number is displayed on the screen. We are unable to provide information on conditions that are deemed to be in Article 9 of the Membership Agreement.
