Notes for the case of a representative receiving products for in-store pickup service orders 【Click&Collect】

In the event that the person who placed the order is unable to pick up the products ordered through the in-store pickup service (Click & Collect) due to unavoidable circumstances, it is possible for a representative to pick up the products.
 
Beforehand, notify the store that a representative will be doing the pickup and let them know when your representative will be doing the pickup as well.
 
We will check your order number as shown in your order confirmation email and identification (driver's license, insurance card, passport, etc.)
Please print out the order confirmation e-mail with the order number or show us the text of the e-mail on your phone.
 
If the above two documents cannot be submitted for verification, we may not be able to give the product(s) to your representative(s). Kindly understand this in advance.
