I'm not sure if the purchase process is complete.

Once your order has been successfully processed, an "Order Completion Notification" e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address registered with adiCLUB (or the address you have entered when placing your order in the case of a guest purchase).
 
When you are not sure if your purchase has been completed successfully, please check your e-mail folder first. If you receive an "Order Completion Notification" 「注文完了のお知らせ」e-mail, your order has been successfully completed.
 
※If you are member of *adiCLUB, you can also check your order history in My Account 「マイアカウント」 after logging in. Please check your order history along with the e-mail.
 
You can also check your order details on our website by entering the order number from the e-mail and your e-mail address at the time of order into the "Order Search"「注文検索」 page. Follow the steps below to check your order.
 
≪Smartphone≫
【1】Select the upper left corner of the top page and open the menu.
【2】Select "Order Search" 「注文検索」in the menu.
【3】On the next screen, enter your order number and e-mail address and press " Review Order"「注文を照会する」.
【4】The order details will be displayed. Click the "+" mark on the top of the screen to see details such as the amount and shipping address.
 
≪PC≫
【1】Select "Order Search"「注文検索」 in the upper right corner of the top page.
【2】On the next screen, enter your order number and e-mail address and press " Review Order"「注文を照会する」.
【3】The order details will be displayed. Click the "+" mark on the top of the screen to see details such as the amount and shipping address.
 
If you have not received an "Order Completion Notification" e-mail and are not sure if your order number has successfully completed the purchase procedure, please contact us by e-mail.
