My purchase amount is more than 13,200 yen, but I'm being charged for shipping

For orders exceeding 13,200 yen (including tax) after logging in as an adiCLUB member, there is no shipping charge. Also, orders for store pickup will be shipped free of charge.
 
Regarding "free shipping for purchases of 13,200 yen (tax included) or more," if any of the following conditions apply, free shipping is not applicable and a shipping fee will be charged (680 yen, tax included). We appreciate your understanding in advance.
 
・When the total purchase amount is less than 13,200 yen (including tax) after shipping and handling charges are deducted.
 
・The total purchase amount is less than 13,200 yen (including tax) after discount coupons, promotions, and other discounts are applied.
 
・Special shipping charges will be incurred for orders of limited sale products, special sale products, order-made products, pre-order products, etc.
 
※Special shipping charges may differ for each product. For details, please refer to the description on each product page.
