Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by yourself if the order status is "New Order" 「新規受注」or "Waiting for Payment" 「入金待ち」and the Cancel button is displayed on the Order History page of My Account within 30 minutes after the order is completed. The cancellation procedure is as follows.
 
 
■Cancellation Procedure
≪PC≫
【1】Select "Order Search"「注文検索」 from the upper right corner of the top page.
 
【2】The " Order Search " 「注文検索」page will appear. Enter the order number and e-mail address of the order you wish to cancel and select the " Order Review" 「注文を照会する」button.
 
【3】You will see the relevant order history. Be sure that the order you wish to cancel is correct, and then select the " Order Cancellation" 「注文のキャンセル」button.
 
【4】The cancellation confirmation screen will appear. Select the reason for the cancellation from the selection box and select "Yes" 「はい」to confirm the cancellation.
 
※Once the order has been confirmed as cancelled, it is not possible to restore the order due to our system, so please check carefully to make sure that you have cancelled the correct order.
 
【5】When the cancellation operation is successfully completed, the order status will be changed to "Canceled"「キャンセル」. This completes the cancellation procedure.
 
≪Smartphone≫
【1】Open the menu from the top left corner of the top page and select "Order History"「注文履歴」.
 
【2】Select " Order Cancellation" 「注文のキャンセル」from the "Order History" 「注文履歴」page.
 
【3】The cancellation confirmation screen will be displayed. Select the reason for cancellation from the selection box, and if you wish to confirm the cancellation, select the "Yes"「はい」 button.
 
※Once the order has been confirmed as cancelled, it is not possible to restore the order due to our system, so please check carefully to make sure that you have cancelled the correct order.
 
【4】When the cancellation operation is successfully completed, the order status will be changed to "Canceled"「キャンセル」. This completes the cancellation procedure.
 
【Cancellation Policy】
Orders cannot be cancelled after 30 minutes from order completion, orders with the status of "Preparing for Shipment" 『出荷準備中』or "Paid"『入金済み』, or orders for pre-order products.
 
For customized products, the status of "New Order" will remain the same even after the next day of the order. Orders without a "Cancel Button" are already in production and cannot be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
 
If you have successfully completed the order cancellation procedure by following the steps above, you will not be charged for any cancelled orders.
