Scatch! arranges delivery based on the zip(postal) code, so if the address does not match the zip code you entered when placing your order, the delivery may not be possible after the order has been shipped and the package may be returned to our warehouse without a delivery note.
If the first delivery is not possible for any of the above reasons, the products cannot be re-delivered until they have been returned to our warehouse.
Once your order has been returned to our warehouse and is ready for reshipment, we will send you an email with the subject line "Your order could not be delivered" with a reshipment notice, so please wait a little while for the email to be delivered to you.
Once the email has been delivered to you, we will be able to resend the order. Please contact us via email to our customer service.
